Synopsis:
Set in the prehistoric era, 10,000 BC follows the journey of D’Leh (played by Steven Strait), a mammoth hunter from a primitive tribe. D’Leh is deeply in love with Evolet (played by Camilla Belle), a beautiful woman with whom he has grown up. When mysterious, horseback-riding warriors invade their village, Evolet and other members of the tribe are captured and enslaved. Determined to rescue his love, D’Leh embarks on an epic adventure across unknown lands, encountering dangerous beasts, treacherous landscapes, and other ancient civilizations.

As he ventures into the vast and treacherous world, D’Leh and his small band of followers realize that their fight is not only to save Evolet but also to challenge a god-like tyrant who enslaves people to build massive pyramids and empires.
